In addition to earning 28 academic credits in grades 9 through 12, students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 and complete a minimum of 100 hours of community service. Each student must be scheduled for at least seven credits, during each year of high school, in grades 9 through 12. The following academic credits are required for graduation:
Social Studies **
World Languages (Two years of the same language)
Physical Education: Personal Fitness
Health/Life Management Skills
Fine Arts (Performing/Practical Arts)*
Computer Science: Computer Skills and Computer Applications***
*One credit of Fine Arts (Visual or Performing Arts) or 1/2 credit of Fine Arts (Visual or Performing Arts) and 1/2 credit of Practical Arts.
**4 credits of Science or Social Studies is required.
***Beginning with the Class of 2018, 0.5 credit of Computer Science: Introduction to Computers.
